Panasonic Phone System: Maintenance & PABX Systems Care
We offer 2 types of maintenance packages: Panasonic Premium PABX Maintenance or Labour Only PABX Systems Care. The advantages are:
Premium PABX Maintenance (recommended for newer Panasonic systems)
- All Panasonic parts & labour covered
- Maximum 2hr response time for complete system failure (Sydney CBD & Metro areas)
- Maximum 8hr response time for minor faults
- Unlimited remote programming changes (system must be compatible)
- Free 1hr staff re-training session per annum
- Free annual PABX system health check
- Discounts on new equipment purchases & other ICOM services
Labour Only PABX Systems Care (recommended for older Panasonic systems)
